Sir Stuart Rose has left his possition as chairman of Marks and Spencers.
While in charge of the famous socks and underwear retailer, Sir Stuart refurbished most of the chain and invested in systems.
M&S have now appointed Mark Bolland as Chief Executive and Robert Swannell as chairman.

Huddersfield Traders told no changes planned

A & K Hosiery have supplied traders in the market with socks underwear and gloves, for many years.
Kirklees Council has assured stall holders at Huddersfield Market there are no plans to change the market which is based on Brook Street.
As reported in the Daily Examiner concerns had been raised as the coucil confirmed that it was to close the famous Piece Hall market.
The markets are held under the grade two listed canopy in the Victorian Quarter selling household goods, socks and underwear, food, fabrics and hardware.
