As soon as your order is booked and processed you will receive an email confirmation and your invoice in PDF format, most orders are dispatched on DPD.
Shortly afterwards DPD will be in touch with further updates on your delivery. We suggest using the DPD app to track your order once it has been despatched. It is free to download from the Apple Store or the Google Play store. It is easy to use and contains a host of useful features with delivery alerts keeping your right up to date with where your order is. You can also add any special instructions via the app so you don’t miss your delivery.
