What do I need to be able to purchase wholesale from A&K
All you need to do is confirm that you are a Trade Buyer and not purchasing for yourself. This is done on registration form by ticking the "Confirm you are a Trade Buyer"
When will I receive my order
Most orders are shipped the next working day on our DPD 24 hour service.
Can I email my order
No, unfortunately we cannot accept orders by email, all orders must be placed on the website.

It is my first order do you have a credit card or Paypal limit
Yes, we do, if your first order exceeds £300 we will require a bank transfer. After that in most cases, we can accept card payments.

Can I use your images
Yes in most cases we have no objection to our images being used, but all logos must be removed and you must have purchased the goods from us. Before using our images you must email us first for confirmation.
Can I pay in another currency
No, all orders need to be paid in Sterling.
Why have I been charged a VAT deposit when I am outside the UK
You may be charged a VAT deposit if you are outside the UK and use your own shipper. This is because we need proof of shipping documents from your shipping agent before we can claim the VAT back. More information can be found on this here
What size are the cartons
Our largest carton is 60cm x 60cm x 60 cm with a maximum weight of 30kg
Stock Alerts
Many products sell out quickly, if you want to know when we have your product back in stock you can request a Stock Alert. You will be automatically notified when the product is available again.
How much is carriage
Orders over £200 qualify for UK Mainland Free Delivery, below this order value rates vary from £5.95 to £8.95 for a more detailed list of European rates see Delivery
Do you offer free returns
No, the carriage on returns must be paid for by yourself. See Terms & conditions
When will my card or PayPal account be charged
A&K do not charge your card or PayPal until we have processed your order and it is invoiced and ready for shipping. However your card issuing company or bank may hold your money pending its authorized release.
Some items were out of stock, have I been charged.
You are only charged for goods that have been dispatched, if we have sold out of a product at the time of picking the amount you pay is automatically reduced.

Yes, we supply many Charaties and hospitals see Who We Supply
Can I track my order
We are currently working on integrating full order tracking onto our website. In the meantime, you can see the status of your order by going to My Orders
You will also be emailed a tracking code along with your invoice when we dispatch your goods.
DPD have a superb tracking App which is fully functional with A&K Hosiery. The App is Free & can be downloaded by searching "Your DPD" in the App store from your Smart Phone. Order tracking is not available for Ireland and the ROI.
Do You offer a Dropship service
No we do not offer this service, we are purely business to business.
Do you send samples
No, unfortunately we do not send out samples, most of our products are in multi-packs and we cannot split them.
I run a small online business from home can I buy from you
Yes as long as you are not purchasing for yourself you can buy from A&K
What is your Minimum Order
We are a Trade Only site to complete your order it must exceed £50 before VAT
Why do you have a Minimum Order
This is to protect our retailers and to cover our processing costs for each order.

We hope your order arrives in excellent condition. A&K have a comprehensive and thorough packaging and dispatch process. However if you should have any problems please email us or call directly
